4 keys to Mindfulness in Business

by Cheryl Brewster

Mindfulness is the act of bringing your awareness to whatever you’re experiencing in the present moment. Mindfulness is critical to successful business practices.  It increases alertness, awareness and effectiveness that comes from a higher plane of wisdom. Without  it, we’re coming from a lesser version of ourselves and our vision. We’re coming from the local mind rather than the nonlocal mind (in other words, coming from our human perceptions of appearances, rather than the expansive, creative power of our inner genius…. a.k.a., our Intuition).

How mindful are you?
Four important questions to ask yourself in regards to your business or career:

1. Am I paying attention in a particular way?
For example, am I paying attention in a particular way that……….(you fill in the blank):
… is coming from the deep wisdom/intelligence/guidance inside of me?
… in a way that is evolving the quality of my experience?
… that is in alignment with my highest ideals?
… that is allowing my highest wisdom to express itself in new ways in my business or career?

2. Am I on purpose with this thought/action?

3. Am I truly present in my business or am I distracted, stuck in the past or worried about the future?

4. Am I non-judgmental?
Example:when I become aware that I need to course correct, how do I respond to challenges or mistakes: do I shut down, react and maintain old patterns that need to be challenged?

Think of it this way; you know what you want from your business or career, but how mindfully are you really allowing and creating it? Are you coming from the local mind (personality) that is pressured by habit or judging appearances? Or are you willing to cross that discomfort threshold of stopping everything, to pause and “really” listen to the nonlocal mind – that vast, calm  guidance and knowing  inside you? This guidance knows and sees the bigger picture beyond the logical mind and always points to peace and solid solutions. When we choose mindfulness, the power of the logical mind with  self awareness and self discipline, can then serve to support – to be the faithful servant rather than the  driven, controlling task master.

We spend so much time at work,
But our level of mindfulness may be sadly lacking, especially if we’re going through a hard or challenging time. Defining what Mindfulness is to you in your business is important. One of the best definitions I’ve seen comes from Jon Kabat-Zinn who says it’s about paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.

Mindfulness helps us stay, present,
And focused, effective, on target and in flow with what builds us up and not on what tears us down It ensures we stay on track with what is best for us and our businesses; it keeps us connected to our inner business genius that we all have, whether we’re trained in business or not . It brings clarity to confusion, resolution to challenge, but most importantly, has a transformative quality that keeps building and fine tuning our intuition and effectiveness.

As Wallace Wattles in the Science of Getting Rich identified, “There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made…. The resources of supply are at the command of the man or woman who will act and think in a certain way… (but)… you must begin to live in harmony with the laws governing the universe.” In my experience, mindfulness keeps me connected to these resources of harmony and supply.. it ensures I align myself to the laws governing the universe.

Mindfulness becomes an important practice.
not always easy to initiate and like any good thing, it takes effort to maintain, however with practice, it becomes a pathway in  life that is extraordinary…. It takes us out of the mundane and into indescribable possibilities that we would have missed otherwise. It truly cultivates innovation, creativity and solutions not accessible by the linear, logical mind. And that’s what’s needed in today’s business economy, our efforts personally and locally, affect our world  globally.

Mindfulness helps us become aware of what we may be overlooking.
It keeps us in our centre… and that’s a powerful place of evolution that moves striving and struggle into doing business with more ease.  In asking the 4 questions listed at the top of this blog, we slow down, we ensure alignment with our core principles and values, we make space for what we don’t know to grow ourselves and our business.

“Mindfulness gives you time. Time gives you choices. Choices, skillfully made, lead to freedom. You don’t have to be swept away by your feeling. You can respond with wisdom and kindness rather than habit and reactivity.”  ~ Bhante Henepola Gunaratana

Get All the Answers you Need with This One Simple Question by Guest Contributor Emma-Louise Elsey

by Cheryl Brewster

Are you having trouble with making a choice or decision? Well, whether it’s something specific or an ongoing issue I want you to know that YOU have ALL the answers you need. To EVERYTHING in your life.

But all too often we literally block ourselves from the answers we need. We get in our own way because we’re afraid. One of the most common fears is a simple fear of uncertainty and the unknown – but it could be a fear of failure, fear of upsetting others (guilt), a fear of what others will think of us, or even a fear of success. All of these fears and more can stop our minds from giving us the answers we need – a simple self-protection mechanism to avoid difficulty and keep us safe. Clever eh?

So, you need answers? Let’s get started!

Here’s Your Question and Simple 3 Step Process to Get All the Answers You Need:

1. Give yourself FULL permission to KNOW the answer and TAKE NO ACTION. In fact you never need to act on it – you can decide later. Take a moment to absorb this fully before you move onto Step 2.

2. Now ask yourself, “If I secretly knew the answer to _______________________, what would it be?”
TIP 1: Remember, you don’t need to act on it. Just answer the question – as if you SECRETLY knew.
TIP 2: What we’re really doing here is asking your intuition – knowledge that comes from your gut, instinct or simple ‘knowing’.

3. Breathe deeply. Let the answer arise. Then, once you have your answer, awesome! Give yourself a pat on the back and for now, just sit with your answer and let it be.

Still no answer? That’s OK – trust and have patience. Give yourself until the end of today or the end of the week. Then just let the answer ARISE from within – imagining it rising from the depths of your true being. Perhaps it’s been hidden away and just needs to feel safe to come out – so give it a little space and time!

Remember: To get around the fear remember that just because you know something doesn’t mean you need to act on it. In fact you can know something and stay exactly where you are. Safe.

You can use this question any time to get the answers you need. Taking action may come later, but first you need to know. And once you know, everything else will follow naturally.

PS: While we did agree that you don’t have to act on it, I have a suggestion. I’d like you to reserve the right to act on it at some point in the future – when you’re ready and you want to! Just a thought…

3 tips to greater personal effectiveness

by Cheryl Brewster

As we grow in awareness, we become more cognizant of what we most want in life. The willingness to let go of the habits that have created what we “don’t want”, requires huge acceptance. Part of that acceptance is the habit of becoming more kind and compassionate with ourselves. This is not a “one time deal or hit and miss scenario.” This must become a habit, and habits are borne out of one thing… the willingness to repeat, repeat, repeat; to make the achievement of our desires more important than the feelings or habits holding us back.

This is hugely courageous and effective work. The definition of effectiveness is producing or being capable of producing a desired effect, so the question becomes, how important is my own personal effectiveness to me? You must be willing to “Take Your Stand,” to make this the most important objective in your life.  As Joel Osteen said, in his book on living your full potential:

“You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It wont happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on with my life.”

Wow… important words to remember. Why? Because in becoming more aware, we are required to meet our ineffectiveness head on. We must be willing to meet our disappointment and not let it get the best of us. The following three tips are key:

  1. You are in training. Every expert started out a beginner. Give yourself a break! Start with where you are and be willing to enjoy the journey; enjoyment allows you to see the possibilities that judgement refuses to see.
  2. Be kind to yourself. It’s your judgments that hold you back… begin an “Awareness Log “of your judgments.
  3. In that log,  include a column for kindness and compassion. Kindness and compassion will  melt the judgement. Judgement is what feeds the fear or procrastination that hold you back from your personal effectiveness and reaching your desires. Expressions to self like “I understand how you could feel this way,” or “of course you would feel this way,” acknowledge the judgement and underlying suppressed feelings. Only when they are acknowledged, can they be released. This is personal effectiveness; the willingness to let go and keep moving on.

Try this:
Notice your judgment of your judgment.
Now bring kindness and compassion to those judgments (e.g., I can understand how you could feel this way).
Breathe.

Consider journaling your experience, or, to receive your complimentary “Awareness Log” click here to request it. The journey of personal effectiveness begins in the extraordinary adventure of self discovery. Where is your intuition leading you? Clues are held in how aware you are of both effective and ineffective habits in your life and how willing you are, to bring kindness and compassion to them. That is the gateway to your powerful knowing  as the Conscious Changemaker in your own life, borne through the fire of trial and error, made easier with the healing effectiveness of kindness and compassion.

As we grow in awareness, we become more effective in achieving what we most want in life. Kindness and Compassion are the Key.

The Energy of Money

by Cheryl Brewster

Are you pushing away the very thing you say you want? Can the energy of money be a profound tool for spiritual transformation? Is there really any difference between tangible cold hard cash and esoteric, metaphysical principles of abundance? Asking these questions is important; they clear the path for us as heart-centred entrepreneurs and change agents, living on purpose.

In my teleseminars and coaching over the last year, a pattern that has struck me as very curious, even bizarre yet absolutely life changing, is this: although we want to create more prosperity in life, a growing shift is the ability to actually accept what we really want. Whether that prosperity is financial, improved health or relationships, most of us are shocked to discover that what has been holding us back has been our own inability to actually receive.

This anomaly is best reflected in some of Dan Millman’s writing (Way of the Peaceful Warrior) where he asks “how good can you stand it?” Wow! Good question… How good CAN we stand it? Are we willing to let it be that good? And if we are, when… and is right now a good time?

Notice that it all begins with awareness. A tiny thought. A tiny pinprick of light pointed in a certain direction.

In studying this phenomenon, I’m drawn to the wisdom of Lester Levenson, the inspiration behind The Sedona Method:

  • There is no difference between the spiritual and material from the viewpoint of Truth. The difference is in outlook; whether you see it from the ego’s point of view or from the Self. A realized person sees the world only as an out-projection of themselves.
  • Any time we see any difference between the spiritual and the worldly, it’s because we don’t have enough understanding of the spiritual as yet. We are separating. The highest state is when we are in the world and in spirit at one and the same time and there is no difference.
  • When we’re there, we don’t see it as world and spirit. We see it as one and the same thing; we see a oneness; we see it all as our very own Self.

To manifest in the physical, we must understand the spiritual.
To understand the spiritual, we must take inspired, authentic action in the physical.

This is where the power of intuition is truly at play:

  • what is calling you, inspiring you, directing you? What do you most want?
  • notice any hesitancy or resistance to receiving it, allowing it, taking action towards it
  • what happens when you hold the resistance in pure compassion and kindness?
  • does it help you become more aware of driven behaviors ?
  • can resistance now be a gift, one that points to the separation that really isn’t there, but one that you believed exists?

Perhaps in answering these questions, a bizarre, counter-intuitive pattern begins to emerge; we begin to see that the very thing we disowned in ourselves is our treasure. And therefore, there is no need for separation. There is nothing to fear, and no one to judge. When it comes to money, if we drop the separation, the fear and judgement; what remains? We begin to realize that all resistance is simply the invitation to let go of refusing what we most want to experience. As we embrace the learning, all manner of energy is freed up; we clear in the spiritual to take the inspired action necessary in the physical.

How good can you stand it?
Isn’t it time to have more fun visioning with the energy of money?
Isn’t it time to accept more wholeness with the energy of health?
Isn’t it time to enjoy manifesting your sacred partner as you fall madly and deeply in love with yourself?
And isn’t now a good time?

Intuition. Mindfulness. Prosperity. All here now. Are you accepting it or pushing it away? How do you know? Sometimes we go through unexpected, unwanted events, but when we remember that  “the highest state is when we are in the world and in spirit at one and the same time and there is no difference.”  This takes new vision and the willingness to apply emerging certainty through the vehicle of uncertainty. Brave work, powerful work, requiring repeated steps and application. “We are what we repeatedly do,” said Aristotle, “excellence is not an act, but a habit.”  Here’s to our new and strengthened habits as we grow stronger through accepting resistance and treasuring all the tiny, exquisite moments that are so incredibly rich, even in the midst of resistance.

Entrepreneurs – Is your Vision too big or too small?

by Cheryl Brewster

http://blogtalk.vo.llnwd.net/o23/show/5/546/show_5546967.mp3

Hello fellow entrepreneurs!
Intuition plays such a key role in identifying the vision for  business and choice points along the way, including course correcting when needed.  Begin with the end in mind is the big picture vision. However we must also be willing to embrace the small vision too: those less glamorous, boring, mundane tasks that challenge our patience and follow-through.

Keeping the intuitive process clean and clear to support our vision includes:

1. Inspired, authentic action
In the coaching world, the standard question is… are you taking massive action?
The key to effectiveness is to ensure that this massive action is in alignment with our values and vision, which requires attention and time. As a Conscious Changemaker / entrepreneur, you know when you are creating that space or not. You also know that doubt or resistance to taking massive action is removed when you re-align yourself with your values and your vision.

2. Use your Imagination to be in the “feeling state” of your Vision.
The dictionary describes vision as: vivid, imaginative conception or anticipation: visions of wealth and glory….
The more room / time we make for imagination, the more creativity / innovation are transformed into measurable results for ongoing prosperity.

3. Trust the intuitive impulse within you… be willing to do things differently
We’ve all gone through this as entrepreneurs… you’re under a deadline and need to get things done… you might be getting a little tense… your mind tells you to keep at it…your heart tells you to get up, stretch and go for a short walk.  The inner conflict begins. These are perfect opportunities to stretch your intuitive muscles… a mind in conflict with itself reveals opportunities for growth. Take a step back and remember the big picture… intuition does not communicate with a sense of desperation… the ego mind on the other hand, will. It does not like change! Be willing to mix things up a bit, be willing to go for a short walk, even a one minute walk… and in that time, refocus on your vision… remember… that “vivid, imaginative conception or anticipation of wealth and glory.”  Let that wealth and glory be here now, in the wealth of positive thoughts and the glory of feeling more at peace, and in alignment with action that comes from that inspired, authentic place within you.

Prosperity is a state of mind… your intuition is constantly guiding you to this state… it’s big! Let the mundane details be immersed in vision too… it propels you forward, from a place of gratitude, possibility and inspiration… Intuition and Vision… inspired, authentic action in the details!

Here’s some “sage wisdom” to take with you:

“When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”  Patanjali

All man’s well-being depends upon two things: One is the right choice of aim, the other lies in the finding of the actions that lead to that end. – Aristotle

What is Intuition?

by Cheryl Brewster

YouTube Preview ImageThis youtube video defines intuition as your inner knowing without the use of conscious reasoning…. when you have a “gut sense or just know”  important information.  Intuition is the “zest to life… what calls you to hidden delights in life (prosperity) that you may be overlooking or resisting in some way.

Important questions to ask yourself:

  • What is intuition to you?
  • Remember the last time you had a valid intuition?
  • What were you doing at the time?
  • How did you “know” this was a valid intuition?

Your own experience is the best intuitive training…. the question is, are you taking the time for it? Especially when it comes to prosperity in your life or your business?

Consider the Research
Michael Ray, PhD. has taught Personal Creativity in Business as a course in Stanford’s MBA program and shares five truths about intuition, that many business people find difficult to accept at first.  Dr. Ray believes that as people begin to apply these truths, they begin to develop their intuition in spectacular ways-in business and in life:

1. Intuition must be developed.
Each of us has intuition within us, but we must accept the responsibility for our individual style of intuition and its development.

2. Intuition and reason are complements.
It is the combination of reason, experience, information and intuition that is so powerful.

3. Intuition is unemotional.
It is paying attention clearly to the most appropriate alternative that comes from the creative Essence.

4. Intuition requires action.
Follow-through is key to successful use of intuition in business. It requires timely hard work.

5. Intuition is mistake free.
There will always be “rational” reasons to support intuitive leaps. Beyond this we must have absolute faith that the intuitive part of us does not make mistakes.

Those who accept using intuition in business do so in many ways; decision making, creative planning, product development, stress management, team building, communication, and many others. As people begin to see business as a place for Conscious Change which includes awareness of human, personal development, they begin to see advanced intuition as critical to both personal and business growth. They begin to use intuition to discover and take action on the unlimited innovative ideas that affect their personal and professional lives.

It all begins with Awareness and the Choice to develop Intuition further; to differentiate it from the voice of fear or the inner critic.  Consider the impact this could have in your personal and professional life!

If you find this topic insightful and intriguing, consider developing your intuition further as it relates to prosperity in the services offered by Cheryl Brewster of The Intuitive Life both local and online:

What is intuition to you? Make it count!

Yes! Bust the procrastination habit with intuition!

by Cheryl Brewster

Are you feeling a tad overwhelmed? Or maybe a lot?!

I can SO relate and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this…. procrastination like overwhelm is a form of resistance that can easily become a habit. Unconscious, unhealthy habits will catch up with us.

The cool thing about growing your intuition, is that it’s an incredible diagnostic tool.  It will:

  • Let you know what you need to become more aware of
  • Help you identify strategies to become more effective
  • Never indulge in blame or self-recrimination
  • Offer immediate solutions
  • Help you remember your passion, so you have the energy to tackle procrastination and other bad habits

“Letting it….” That’s the key… what if we’re actually sitting on “easy,” but refusing to see our lives that way? Hmmm…. that could put a whole new twist on why we procrastinate!  Intuition needs to become a discipline of listening. And then one of action… I call that the willingness to Take Your Stand, to commit to a deeper level of the meaning of life; the willingness to do things differently.

We can all fall into the procrastination pit from time to time, but when too much procrastination shows up, it’s a red alert telling you that something is not in alignment and needs to be addressed immediately. Procrastination keeps you from enjoying true prosperity in life so it’s important to stay on top of it. Here’s a list of the top reasons why we procrastinate and what we can do about them:

1. Not having a clear objective
2. Resisting things you find unpleasant
3. Big projects that seem too daunting to start
4. An inability to make decisions
5. An Inability to prioritize
6. A fear of failure
7. Distractions
8. Vague goals
9. Trying to do too much

To get back into alignment as quickly as possible,
1. Think of your Intuition as your Inner CEO, the one with all the answers, whose expertise is guiding you to success. Take a moment to get centred, clear your mental screen, breathe, and ask it about the problem. Notice what you get. Be willing to let go of what’s no longer effective and ask for the solution or guidance to help you change your game plan

2. If there is chronic procrastination in a certain area, ask your Inner CEO for more details – this can surface internal conflicts you were not aware of, so you can course correct

3. Intuitive discernment can be a bit tricky because we may be listening to our fears rather than our internal CEO… how can you tell the difference? The bottom line is practice, practice, practice and the willingness to risk and make mistakes along the way. A general rule of thumb is that even in the midst of uncertainty, the voice of intuition will have specific solutions, it will have a sense of calm or lightness, and you will feel empowered rather than disempowered. The voice of fear will have scarcity attached to it, have heavy or harsh tone, and will leave you feeling scattered or ineffective rather than capable and hopeful.

4. Ask yourself if you will continue to allow procrastination to be more important than the your purpose, passion, goal or objective

5. Know what your distractions are and minimize them; set a timer where you will do NOTHING else but your task.

6. Be specific; Most procrastinators have a hard time defining quantities. We think everything needs to be done NOW. Define one goal; what are you going to do, when, and for how long?

7. To combat fear of failure…. mix it up, try different things: Some goals you can agree to do really “badly”; let go of perfection and needing to get it all done NOW

8. Keep your energy field clean and clear by focusing on “Your Stand” – that present tense, positive mindset that keeps you in the NOW. Meditate on it, visualize and use your clearing techniques; this helps to reduce fuzzy thinking and puts your Intuitive or Higher Self back in the driver’s seat.

9. Make your vision bigger than any obstacles that come up by knowing what inspires you and creating the time and space for it.

This is a big topic; the bottom line is to be kind, gentle yet firm with yourself; intuitive development is a process – it takes times, consistency and commitment. Like any other muscle, your intuitive muscle is made stronger through resistance. Stay positive and motivated by continually expanding your positive, high frequency energy field by visualizing and enjoying the fruits of your labour as if they are here NOW. That is you taking your stand for both prosperity and advanced intuition. And that, is what helps to bust the procrastination habit!

Empowerment Amid Transition

by Cheryl Brewster

Conscious Changemakers are Brave!

Awareness breaks the cycle of fear; transition becomes opportunity, possibility and even excitement! Empowerment through Transition…  Clarity and wisdom distilled by you choosing a POSITIVE life experience; creating prosperity from the upheaval that feels anything but positive. Here’s to your Joy, Trust and Courage as a Conscious Changemaker! Remember… we were born to be Happy.

In my recent workshops that address these issues, 4 key steps stand out as superior navigation tools to ride the transformative waves of emotion and change we’re going through:

Four Steps to Empowerment Amid Transition using the ABC’s of Intuition
Aware, Breathe, Connect

1. What are your top 4 prosperity fears?
Remember prosperity isn’t just financial… it applies to all of life’s areas.
When you name them, you identify your fears; they are no longer vague, slippery, lurking or screaming shadows that can never be nailed down and resolved.

2. Trace the energy signature.
Where did this fear come from? See where it leads to… notice where you can take this on as your personal identity rather than just a fear.

3. What triggers the fears?
While you can’t control the people and events around you – you can choose your response. Courage is required! Remember that pain will show us what needs to change but suffering and overly zealous self recrimination are useless. This is choice point. Do you want to stay stuck in the trigger or break free by dropping the charge?

4. What changes can I make to focus on peace instead?
This is your portal of power; the transformative pipeline that takes you from fear and heavy negative energy to peace and knowing. Your own personal energy signature knows what to do and takes you straight to that place of freedom within you. Fear can be transformed to inspired action!

Intuitive Prosperity in Business

by Cheryl Brewster

why (2Intuitive Prosperity in business is listening to your “WHY?”

I was inspired by a TED talk that shared a model for how great leaders inspire action. Basically, what it came down to was being clear about the “why” of what they do (versus the what). The talk was about branding, and because it shifted the focus from the external to the internal, I knew that intuition plays an important role.

The concept is that understanding WHY you do what you do (create a product, provide a service), and therefore being able to communicate that, will attract buyers who believe in the same WHY. A deeper connection than the product itself is created. Prosperity is a direct result of that deep inner knowing and your ability to connect with it in others.

In the talk, Dr. Martin Luther King was given as an example. King said, “I have a dream”, not “I have a plan.” So, it’s about inspiring people by making sure they know your WHY.

TOMS shoes is another example that comes to mind. This company originated from a trip to Argentina when the social entrepreneur (and Conscious Changemaker), Blake Mycoskie, saw poor children running around the streets without shoes and intuitively knew that he had to do something to help. TOMS was created to fulfill that desire. TOMS donates one new pair of shoes to children in need for every pair sold.

The business started with the WHY, has a great story, and people who buy TOMS shoes are not only purchasing its product, but also its WHY. They are more than customers. They are supporters. As a result, this business has seen notable success and shared prosperity.

The question is, how do you really get clear about your WHY? The answer to this question can be the missing link to your ability to “allow” intuitive prosperity in business.

Napoleon Hill, of Think and Grow Rich fame, writes about desire (wanting something so much it becomes an inspired, healthy obsession) and the sixth sense (subconscious Creative Imagination). Can you imagine how powerful the results would be if you could use your sixth sense to clarify the WHY, then tap into the fuel of your desire to implement steps to experience prosperity?

Answering the WHY, clarifying your purpose, and using the power of your intuition are powerfully interconnected. While it’s about reaching within to find authentic answers, sometimes it takes some help from outside sources to get there.

That’s where a professional intuitive can add value. As a Personal and Professional Intuitive, and founder of The Intuitive Life (2004), I invite you to watch the TED talk, read the TOMS story, and start thinking about your own WHY. I inspire Conscious Changemakers to increase intuitive prosperity in business by going deeper into their “WHY” through personal and business consultations, personalized Intuitive Mentor Programs and the Intuitive Prospecting Program.

7 Prosperity Tips

by Cheryl Brewster

7 Ways to Supercharge Your Prosperity

Have you decided that you are ready to be more successful and prosperous than ever before? It sounds like a silly question, but many of us close ourselves off to the prosperity that is possible. If you’re tired of holding back and know that you are capable of experiencing more, bravo! There’s no better time to step into your brilliance than NOW.

Here are seven ways to start supercharging your prosperity using your intuition:

1. Really want it – It all starts with desire. Be clear about what you truly want more of. Honor the prosperity levels you wish to create by including them in your meditations, intentions and visualizations.

2. Believe you deserve it – Doubt creates a roadblock. You were born to experience prosperity in every area of your life. Regardless of what your life looks and feels like right now, you are just as valuable and deserving as any other person. Let go of the wanting and notice the difference to be int he experience of having it. Remember the sub-conscious can’t tell the difference between what is real and imagined!

3. Imagine it – The more you can describe your dream with all the senses, the more vivid, inspiring and energizing it will be for you. It becomes your target and your fuel.

4. Clear the path – Let your roadblocks go. Negative or limiting thoughts and beliefs close you off from abundance and prosperity. Start with where you are!

5. Breathe – When you stop to breathe deeply, you bring yourself into the present and can then tap into your intuition to guide you.

6. Connect – With yourself and with others who support and inspire you. Go in the direction that your energy inspires you to go, even if your mind doesn’t understand exactly why yet.

7. Commit – To being open, to trusting your intuition, to taking action, and to keep going. Whether in your personal life or in your work, abundance and prosperity is there, waiting for you to embrace, accept, and step into it. My work and joy is to see that unfolding – and my sincere wish for you is that you take the first step in supercharging your prosperity today! Here’s to your ongoing prosperity and success here NOW!
